One of the tools I use to fight spam is Mailwasher Pro. This software enables you to control what email you want to download to your inbox, preventing the clutter of spam and viruses. The learning algorithm quickly identifies possible threats and enables you to blacklist the spammer and even bounce the offending email.

I highly recommend this product.
