Britney Spears and her husband Kevin Federline spent their first Christmas together as parents to little baby Sean Preston and with her mum Lynn and sis Jamie Lynn in their Malibu mansion.

“I have been blessed with so much this year, I hope each of you gets everything you wish for and more importantly are able to spend time with your family and loved ones. We are spending Christmas at my house and I am so excited for my Mom and Jamie Lynn to get here.” said Britney.

Aww how sweet! I hope we get to see more photos with Britney and Sean as he grows up!

Britney is suing America’s US Weekly magazine for printing what she says is an “outrageous fabrication” and claiming a sex tape featuring the singer and her husband exists.

In a $10 million lawsuit, Britney claims an article which ran in an October issue of the magazine featured details of a supposed meeting with her.
She maintains the meeting never took place. Spears’ lawyer blasted Us Weekly for “maliciously standing by the bogus story”.

Britney Spears recently visited Venus by Maria Tash, a posh piercing and jewelry studio in New York City’s SoHo neighborhood, says PEOPLE magazine. She was pierced by her before and got her belly button piercing reinserted with an elaborate blue topaz and-white-gold piece, which reportedly cost more than $200.

Britney Spears and Kevin Federline are to holiday in the Caribbean after Christmas in a last-ditch attempt to save their failing marriage. The pair have reportedly struggled to keep their relationship together since the birth of their first child Sean Preston - now four months old.

A source said: “They fell out badly. This holiday is make or break.”

Britney Spears’ publicist, Leslie Sloane, recently released a statement dismissing all the reports and magazine goss that suggest Britney and Kevin’s marriage is on the rocks:

“He and Britney are as normal as other couples. They fight and they make up.”

The latest saga comes from a reported conversation that Kevin Federline is meant to have had with an In Touch reporter a few weeks ago:

“I don’t like lawyers,” Federline said, in In Touch. “But in this situation, I have to get protection. I love her. But ask me now about life apart from Britney, and all I can say is, ‘Can it be any worse than living with her?’ I am doing what she wanted, getting out of the house and trying to find work, but I do that and she trashes my efforts. She just wants me at her beck and call as a little house husband. Marriage is something you don’t go into lightly. She has to learn she can’t just pick me up and dump me off, like her first husband.” He reportedly added that he would demand a “$125 million” settlement, if they were to get a divorce.
