Cookie Diet
Most participants lose between 12 and 15 pounds per month on the cookie diet, eating six cookies during the daytime and then a dinner of six ounces of protein and two cups of vegetables.
The cookies have a blend of fibers, protein and amino acids that naturally suppress your appetite. So the cookies help to fill you up. The cookies come in oatmeal raisin, chocolate and coconut. It’s part of the Siegal Weight Management program, which has offered the cookie diet in Miami for 40 years.
