Do diets increase your weight?
Paul McKenna says diets are not only dangerous but actually make people put on weight.
“Diets - forget about them, they don’t work,” McKenna said, promoting the release of his latest book, I Can Make You Thin. “The thing about diets is they actually make you fat,” he added.
“There is not a single bit of nutritional information in this book. If you want to lose weight, forget about taking the advice of a doctor or a nutritionist because they know nothing about human behaviour, ” he said.

hmm don’t i agree with him here…i think doctors/nutritionists might just know tad more about human behaviour then we do ourselfs!
and as for ‘Diets make you fat?’ - well i some what agree with that. i don’t actaully think diets work. why? well beacuse if you think about it dieting isn’t a long term solution. (you just end up gaining the weight back after you get off your diet)
Now don’t take anything i just wrote seriously - as i wouldn’t have a clue what i’m talking about! (it would actually do me some good to gain some weight)
