Consumer Advisory Council Awards Seal of Approval® to Medical Alarm USA.
Medical Alarm USA, a nationwide provider of medical alarm systems for the home, has received the coveted CAC Seal Of Approval® for excellence in product and service to consumers. Recipients are required to meet a broad range of criteria relating to product quality, performance, service and consumer oriented sales approach.
Ray Dillard, CAC Approvals Committee Chairman, indicated that the committee became aware of Medical Alarm USA while conducting a review of Medical Alarm services published on the current issue of the CAC website. Dillard said, “As we reviewed the various alarm products available to seniors, it soon became clear that the Linear PERS-2400, offered by Medical Alarm USA, is by far the best choice for independent seniors. That got us looking at the company itself.”
The company was surprised to learn of the interest expressed by the Council. Company vice president, Francine Intile, said, “You know, we’ve been offering great products and terrific service for years and nothing like this has ever happened. I guess its true, you do right by people and it comes back to you. Its very gratifying to receive such recognition of our efforts.”
What really made the difference, according to Dillard, was a review of customer inquiries. “We were very pleased”, says Dillard, “at just how low key their sales presentations tend to be. They make it easy for callers to obtain the information they need to make a good consumer choice.”
