Christina Aguilera started the teenage hair-bleaching phase a while ago, when she went platinum blonde.

Since, everyone from gingas (ginger hair turned blonde, with ginger regrowth can be an interesting sight..) to those with lovely brunette hair have been following the trend, paying at times hundreds, only to have their head look like a carbon copy of Christina’s (not always such a desirable look).

Evidently celebrities have not lost their power over teenage trends just yet. We can await the day where Kelly Osbourne is the new queen of hair colour..
